Ha, Ha, Ha.

Randy ordered a road bike on ebay a month ago and has been impatiently waiting for it's arrival so he can start biking with all his buds. Every day Randy goes to the post office and returns empty handed. Every day his friends call to see if the bike has arrived.
Yesterday he thought his luck had changed. The Post Office Guy brought out a big bike box and Randy jumped up and down cheering. I saw him pull up to our house with the box and ran for the camera. Finally, the bike had arrived....or so we thought.


Our boys were dancing around the box as Randy cut it open. At the same time Randy was calling his so-called friends to tell them the good news: He got his bike!
He opened the box and saw this:

Our jaws dropped in horror. What had happened? Fifteen hundred dollars on ebay and we got some crappy kids bike? Oh, the agony! The injustice! Such defeat we had never known! We were devastated. I tried to make the best out of the situation and said, "Look Marcus, Daddy bought you a bike!" Marcus instantly started kissing it. He had never seen a fifteen hundred dollar bike before. Luckily Randy quickly recovered from the shock and within minutes discovered his used-to-be-friends-who-already-got-their-bikes-in-the-mail-several-weeks-ago were behind the scheme. They had shipped us their kids bike. Meanwhile Randy's bike is still in some crate getting shipped across the Pacific.
Revenge will be sweet!
