Sushi Zen

Randy and I tried out a new restaurant called Sushi Zen for our date night. We ate these dragon rolls made with cooked eel. In case you were wondering, cooked eel is yummy! Another favorite we order any chance we get is tempura. Shrimp, seaweed, and other vegetables are dipped in batter and deep-fried. Next time you eat at a Japanese restaurant you should definitely try it.

  7. You are so adventurous. I wish I could get over my meatphobia. It seriously limits my restaurant options. I'll bet the seafood is pretty darn fresh there.
