Look who joined us at the beach! (on the phone with a patient) The movers come in four days, then we hang out in an empty house for three more days, then head to Rhode Island by way of Utah. Things are about to start getting really crazy around here. Luckily we don't have to do any of the packing or we'd really be in trouble. I want to live it up these last few days but it's not going to happen with a newborn. Fortunately we've had a summer full of fun so I don't feel too bad about the chaos that's about to descend. In the meantime, I'm trying not to think about leaving Washington because I get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach every time I do. Hopefully when I see our new house those feelings will change. Hopefully. |
