Some Kind of Normal

1st Grade!
It's been a rough few days in Rhode Island.  We are suddenly remembering all the things that we didn't like about life in New England like getting lost every time we leave the house.  Marcus has cried every day and wants to move back to Washington, Landon is totally confused and can't understand why I won't take him to Pine Lake Park and keeps asking to play with his old friends, and Bean started a full-on wrestling match with Marcus during church.  We've been living in limbo land for too long so the normalcy of going back to school saved us all.
The boys had a great day while I was home nervously wondering how they were faring.  Turns out my anxiety was for nothing.  Marcus made a couple friends and Bean was back to chasing girls on the playground and informed me at least one girl has a crush on him.  All is well.
Oh, and Randy is adjusting to life post school quite nicely.  The biggest change for him is the reality of having four boys.  After being crazy busy with finishing up his residency, then spending a couple weeks in RI without us, I think he's beginning to figure out why I lost all, well almost all, my pregnancy weight in record time.  There isn't time to eat!  Juggling the kids and getting settled in our new house is overwhelming to say the least.
3rd Grade!

Can you tell who was more nervous for school?  Not Bean!
