Saturdays have become quite the adventure around here. I kind of dread them. Since Randy started working for another endodontist on Saturday mornings I get to take the boys to all their games and lucky me, I get to sit on the sidelines with the other three boys while we watch those games. I'm not complaining though. I told Randy I was okay with this because I really like the extra money and he doesn't usually work every weekend. If I complain too much he'll quit so I've got to make sure I'm nothing but thrilled to take on this extra challenge.
Saturday mornings usually start early so I can run with my friends before Randy has to leave. Then it's off to the games. That's when the fun begins. Luckily Marcus's last game actually started on time. I was actually able to watch some of it and cheer for Marcus while Ethan played his Nintendo DS, Landon drove cars on the bleachers, and Parker read books and ate crackers. Then we came home for a twenty-minute break before we had to leave for Ethan's practice/game. This was just enough time for the kids to eat a snack while I dumped out all the toys/books from the diaper bag and replace them with different ones, hoping a new selection would keep them entertained for another hour and a half. Luckily we found some extra basketballs so we spent most of the time playing. Yes, I was the only parent there with a kid, and not just one kid tagging along, but three. It was some good times.

I rewarded myself by taking the boys to see the Disney movie Frozen, which was awesome! Speaking of frozen, Parker experienced his first snow storm. I didn't
bother to dig out all the hand-me-down snow gear for him because we had
to get Landon to preschool, so his five minutes of awe and wonder were
short lived. Poor kid.
