Photo Shoot

Way back in November we had a family photo shoot at a real deal Christmas tree farm.  It was kind of ironic because we've never had a real Christmas tree (fake is fine with me) but I thought it would make for a great Christmas card.  It was a typical rainy Seattle day and our shoot wasn't scheduled until 4:00, which is when it starts getting dark.  As we drove to the shoot Randy made sure I knew that the pictures were going to turn out terrible and doesn't the photographer know it's getting dark soon?  Well, luckily Randy was wrong!
It was raining, not snowing, but our photographer had an awesome light set up so her flash reflected off the raindrops making it look like we were in the middle of a beautiful snow storm instead of getting soaked by rain.  Luckily it was a short shoot because we were all soaking in no time, but the pictures turned out great.

So here they are in all their glory for the world, ahem, I mean the fifty people who read this blog, to see.

Our photographer always tells us to look at each other and laugh so we literally say "ha, ha ha!" and smile.  There was absolutely nothing funny happening in this shot.

Henry giving Ethan a wet willie....now that's funny! And Landon is killing me.  I can just imagine his future kids mocking him.

I can't find the real photo so this picture from the computer will have to do (I'm lazy). This was a tribute to the Goldberg's and honestly, Randy and I have to take advantage of making our kids do embarrassing things because we threaten them with their lives if they don't cooperate during pictures. So this is them cooperating.  And check out Landon :)
