That’s a Wrap!

Lacrosse season is over!  Henry is really disappointed because he looked forward to all the screen time he got while we watched his brothers play.

Ethan was on the high school JV team and only had a few games but he played really well as an attack man.  Unfortunately there aren’t any pictures to document his awesomeness (no parent photographer) but he played really well and always got a couple goals, except the last game when the other team was onto him and stuck their strongest D-pole on him to shut him down.

Ethan’s a great lacrosse player and the only thing holding him back is his indecision about going all in. He can’t decide if he wants to follow in Marcus’s footsteps or just play for fun but regardless, he’s good and will only get better as he grows. He’s got great stick skills, isn’t afraid to take on huge players, and can dodge and spin around players to get to the open shot.  It’s impressive and his independent practice shows.

Landon had a losing season despite his hard work at home and many prayers that his team would win a game. I think they won twice and boy did they celebrate!  He played on the 5-6 team which meant he was one of the younger kids and definitely much smaller. Genetics are not on his side!  But Landon was a force and understands how the game works which allows him to win face-offs, set screens, run on break aways, and find the open man. He was fun to watch and he’s obsessed with lacrosse even more than Marcus is.
