I realized today just how small the island is we are living on. Our sponsor (Randy's boss who's in charge of showing us around) picked us up this morning and took us to a cool park (parks here have awesome and dangerous stuff because they don't have to worry about being sued if someone gets hurt). While we were playing at this awesome park next to the ocean I just happened to run into some Mormons (small world). It turns out they were having a baptism in a beautiful cove near the park. After about 15 minutes at the park we were basically melting in the heat so we came back to the Navy Lodge while Randy shopped for a car. He bought an awful minivan for $2500. Cars here are cool and cheap, but our van is not cool. After the boys woke from their naps our friend from dental school (small world) took us to more cool parks, the beach, and an awesome restaurant. Guess who was providing the live music at the restaurant? Our sponsor (small world). He probably thought we were stalking him. As we finished our meal guess who walked in? Another couple who flew out here with us (small world). It's a small world and a small island.
Stay tuned for pictures of Marcus and Ethan eating dinner with chopsticks. Marcus actually did really well.
