We spent the last 3 days at a military resort called Okuma. It's only about 50 miles from our bomb shelter but we felt like we really got away from everything. We woke up to gorgeous blue skies, warm ocean water, and white sandy beaches. We went swimming as soon as the kids got up (7:00 am) and didn't even get cold. Randy and Alicia (Sister #4)went parasailing, we rode jet skis (that's us in the picture at the top of our blog), we snorkeled, hiked through the jungle, and wore ourselves out. The whole time I felt like my life was a commercial for a tropical cruise vacation, but without the cruise ship. We had way too much fun, if that's possible.
