Another Park Adventure

We spent the day at another AWESOME park. The Japanese really know how to build great parks that are fun for both adults and kids. Yes, there is potential for injury but so what. Two-year-old Ethan (who is as clumsy as a pregnant woman on ice skates) managed to climb around the entire playground for two hours without any falls or near-death experiences.
If we ever get off this island (and who says we want to anyway?) I am going to go back to the States and build some amazing play grounds so Americans can find out what they've been missing.

Check out this GIANT cement slide.

Here's Ethan sliding down the bottom of the 3-story rollerslide all by himself!

The boys taking a PB&J break before more serious playing.

My favorite slide with three bumps you catch air off of.

The guys had a great time racing down the giant cement slide. They found out the fastest way to the bottom is by sitting on a board. Watch this clip of 6'3" Rick as he skids 15 feet across the dirt, crashing into an innocent group of Japanese children. No one was injured....very much.

  6. You have got to be kidding. That looks so dang fun! I get so envious of all the fun things you get to do in Japan. I mean, it seems to never end. Can they make Utah that fun? Seriously. That's so great!
