Without further adieu, let me introduce you to my very own Williams-Sonoma All-Clad d5 Stainless Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set. Representing the best in American craftsmanship, incorporating five-layer bonded construction, they are ideal for all cooktops and are dishwasher safe! These are as good as it gets and let me tell you, they are way too expensive for my budget. But by divine intervention, I was able to get these for a deal too good to pass by. Let's just say it's all about who you know, especially when that person needs a little favor from a dentist who I just happen to be married to.
So if you think it's tacky giving your loved one some sort of kitchen gadget, implying her only job is to cook for you, think again. Especially if that person happens to be me.
Merry Christmas!
I can't breathe. That's how much I love pots and pans. You so deserve these! All-clad is only in my dreams so cook up a storm in these pots in my honor! (So wishing Brian was a dentist right about now, considering I'm not sure I could trade any amount of string cheese to get a deal good enough for my budget for something like this.) Again, you SO deserve these beauties!
ReplyDeleteYeah! It pays to be a dentist's wife:)
ReplyDeleteI just opened an early Christmas gift...a crock pot with latches on the sides so there's no travel mess. LOVE it! Sometimes kitchen gifts are the Best. On my wish list is a stock pot with a spout at the bottom for easy broth straining/draining. I can dream.
They are absolutely beautiful! After all you've been through - you deserve it! Won't you have fun in the kitchen?
ReplyDeleteNot that you need it - but if you want to try something different, there's a fun cooking class in your area: (Lalon and I took turns going ... it was a lot of fun).

That's AWESOME!!! Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteahhh, I am drooling!
ReplyDeleteLucky lucky lucky!! I'm so excited for you! I loved re-reading about your adventure on white beach with the brown egg... good times! Did I tell you that on our latest adventure to Iheya island for the marathon our big bag of dirty clothes got thrown away? All our swimsuits, jeans, shirts, shorts, pj's, etc... very very sick feeling when you realize it.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to hear about the amazing stuff you cook up with those pots! I've been missing your delicious oreo ball things... I still dream of them. Tom is still mad I ate them all without sharing... :)
Yum! All clad is awesome! Merry Christmas Mel, Randy, Marcus, Ethan, & Landon. We miss you all.

i LOVE All-Clad. And their life-time warrantee is for real. I have used it twice. I got a blow-torch for Christmas - I am so excited to make "real" salsa with it! And seared sushi. Merry Christmas! (And PS - Bon Ami cleans those pans up real nice - even after years of neglect.)
