All Alone, Almost
This weekend was the father-sons campout. I took pity on Randy and let him leave Landon with me. Turns out Landon is quite the happy camper when he doesn't have his older brothers around. The weather was surprisingly warm so I took him on a bike ride to the store for my Girls-Night-Out supplies (DVD from Redbox and sushi). Landon went to bed while I enjoyed a little taste of Oki and the latest Harry Potter. It was blissful.
Camping is great but it's even better when I don't have to go.
Is it weird that I never lock the doors at night when Randy is away?

Chad just did our fathers & sons campout too! Em and I did our nails, watched a movie, ate pizza and had plans for rootbeer floats (didn't make it, too tired). It was so fun. You don't lock the doors!? Yeah, that's weird. I always imagine all sorts of weird noises when Chad's gone.
ReplyDeleteLock. the. doors. :)
ReplyDeleteI like your forest. Maybe you don't need to lock your doors... I lock mine. We have lesbians across the street.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a truly blissful night...wow...Let the count down begin... next time it's Father's and Sons we can come up and send off all the guys and I can eat and watch movies with you... as long as you don't mind me crashing the aloneness... it just sounds heavenly!!!
