The house was unusually quiet. Parker was taking a nap and the older boys were reading in their fort they built in the basement. They love to build forts down there and they are quite proud of their configurations, especially when they create forts big enough for each of them to have his own "room." I hate it because it makes such a mess but if it means they'll play together without begging to watch TV every five minutes then I figure it's a good thing.
