Play dates at the park are going to be so lame after living in Oki. This park was a climbers dream for my monkey boys, however it scared me to death as I followed them around ready to cushion their fall if they plunged to their death. Don't worry, no incidents this time.
The Bonus: The vending machines! It was 85 degrees and humid (of course) so the cool drinks and ice cream I purchased in the vending machines were extra refreshing. Mango Cream Soda.....mmmmm!
Wow! That park looks like a BLAST!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the wedding tip, too. I had no idea that money was the appropriate gift.
Looking at your pictures and reading your blog makes me wish we had chosen Japan instead of Washington. Our parks don't even have swing sets (hence our purchase of one). Apparently they think it's too much of a liability out here.
ReplyDeleteLast night I dreamed that after you guys were done in Oki you moved next door to us again and we had so much fun having bbq's and such. Now looking at the park, I think maybe we'll come move next door to you. That's awesome!
ReplyDeleteMelanie long time no see! Okay that was lame. I found you on the Leavitt's blog, I hope you don't mind. Japan looks amazing. I have always wanted to go there. Hope all is well.
