The Sky is Shrinking and I've Lost My Mind

I'm getting claustrophobic.  Maybe it's seasonal depression.  I'm not really sure.  But I suddenly feel like the sky is way too small.  I thought it would be fun to go for a run in the sunshine but found myself running through shade instead.  Everywhere I looked I was surrounded by trees towering overhead and blocking the sun's rays.  Then I remembered a scary ghost story my dad used to tell us when we were kids about a family who went camping and pretty much got swallowed up by the bushes and trees that mysteriously grew closer and closer.  So now I feel like I'm being chased by trees when I run.  I have completely lost my mind.  But hey, at least I'm willing to admit it.
